What is your animal policy?
We have pet-friendly buildings subject to availability. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 for cats and $250 for dogs, and pet rent of $25/month/animal. Animals other than cats and dogs are not allowed at this time.
If you have an ESA, contact us for your options. We offer reasonable accommodation based on unit availability. We require a letter from your primary provider (a doctor you have been seeing for more than 30 days) turned in with your application, and we have an ESA reasonable accommodation request form that must be filled out before the animal can move in.
Animals that are not on the lease are NOT allowed in the building. This includes visiting animals.
